Our Structure

Holistic Bible College(HBC) has four main organs, those are General Assembly Board, Senate and Discipline committee.

General Assembly owns the educational institution of HBC and assumes ultimate responsibility for the academic, spiritual, and financial viability. General Assembly mainly is responsible for drafting and ratifying constitution of HBC and appoints Board Members.

Board members are elected from General Assembly Members and responsible for ensuring the fulfilment of the constitution by ratifying directives, manuals, policies and Plans. It consists of five up to eleven members from General Assembly & Evangelical known Theologians.

Senate is Executive organ of College and Leaded by President of College. This Organ is Responsible for day to day Activities of College and also responsible in charge of Academic affairs.

Discipline committee is Discipline organ of HBC and Responsible For Discipline Issues and Interpretation of Constitution.

The Human resources management directorate has the following duties and responsibilities፡-

1. To fulfill the gap of human Resource of the College.

2. To support the education, research, training and consultancy business process.

3. To identify the existing problems, assumption that underline the existing HRM process and design a new way for HRM process

4. To up grade the status of the college human resource.

5. To monitor and advice other sections by fulfilling their gap of human resource.

Duties and Responsibilities

Digital Technology Directorate have the following duties and responsibility፦

1. To identify, acquire and install relevant ICT resources and implement the digital technology transfer college wide.

2. To manage operations and maintenance of Digital resources.

3. To manage databases of information systems.

4. To train end-users on computer literacy and offer end-user computing support.

5. To offer technical advice and consultancy on acquisition of ICT and Digital resources.

6. Planning, implementation and development of ICT infrastructure.

7. To work with HBC stakeholders and governmental and non-governmental organizations.

Vision

International Relation and Communication Directorate aspires to sustain mutual understanding and cooperation among the college community as well as its collaborators through providing multi-mediated information that prompt informed decision making

To implement interactive communication and comprehensive internationalization strategies so as to create mutual understanding and cooperation among Holistic Bible College Community, the public as well as national and international partners.

Duties

International Relation and Communication Directorate have the following duties፦

1. Ensures that institutional culture is developed and maintained in line with the mission of the college

2. Develop strategic alliance with college from abroad and international associations.

3. Plan, develop and implement public relation strategies.

4. Liaise with colleagues, external actors and the public at large.

5. Prepare and distribute press releases to targeted media.

6. Prepare and supervise the production of publicity brochures, handouts, leaflets, promotional videos, photographs, and multimedia programes.

7. Organize events including press conferences, exhibitions, open days and press tours.

8. Manage and update information and engage with users on social media.

9. Foster community relations through events such as open days and through involvement in community initiatives.

10. Ensure the various academic programmes, products and services of the University are effectively marketed.

11. Maintain profile of programmes, professionals, research activities of the college for users.

12. Promote, protect and enhance the college’s reputation and profile.

13. Provide timely news and information about key initiatives and activities of the college.

Vision

The Finance Directorate aspires to put in place a College-wide, fully automated and well integrated financial data processing and reporting system.

Mission

The Directorate has a mission to manage college-wide budget as well as the financial and material assets optimally.

Duties and Responsibilities

Finance directorate have the following duties and responsibilities፦

1. Administer financial resources of the college in accountable and transparent way.

2. Provide financial services wherein internal control system is strong.

3. Prepare and send timely, relevant and reliable financial information.

4. Give financial and budget administration services in compliance with regulations and directives

5. Prepare annual budget request.

6. Submit the cash requirement and cash flow prepared, based on the evaluation of the college’s program;

7. Submit financial and budget report to Senate and Board board.

8. Take appropriate measures in accordance with the report of the external audit or internal audit.

9. Consult the senate of the concerning financial and budget administration.

Duties

1. Develop quality assurance management systems to ensure constant and continuous improvement of the teaching, research, training, consultancy and administrative activities in the College.

2. Develop and coordinate the implementation of quality standards by Directorates, Faculties, Departments,

3. Coordinate the internal and external review of the quality of teaching, research, training, consultancy and administrative activities of Faculties, Departments.

4. Organize seminars and workshops on quality assurance.

5. Disseminate best practices on quality assurance.

Duties and Responsibilities

1. Preparing short and medium term budget and activity plan of the president office.

2. Carry out the day to day routines of the president office with in consultation of the president.

3. Track and report  the implementation of the decisions of the president on Senate meeting, Management meetings etc

3. Preparing various Reports and draft letters for the president

4. Work closely with academic, administrative, research and community service and business and development lines for the attainment of strategic plan of the College.

5. Execute other activities given by the president.

7. Develop system for timely certification of graduates, transcripts, other credentials for students and alumni

8. Secure, maintain and ensure the integrity of all academic records.
