The Master of Arts in Christian Leadership is an advanced graduate program designed to develop spiritually mature, academically equipped, and professionally skilled leaders for churches, ministries, organizations, and communities. The program provides an in-depth study of biblical leadership principles, organizational leadership, strategic ministry development, and ethical decision-making.

Students will explore advanced concepts in Christian leadership, servant leadership, spiritual formation, team development, organizational management, conflict resolution, and transformational leadership. The program integrates biblical theology with contemporary leadership practices to prepare leaders who can effectively respond to challenges in churches and society.

The Master of Arts in Christian Leadership provides advanced theological and practical leadership training for individuals who desire to serve in senior ministry, organizational, and community leadership roles.

The program examines biblical models of leadership, leadership theories, organizational development, strategic planning, discipleship movements, and ministry administration.
